The location of Sun1 Berea was acceptable, considering its affordability. We were able to find our way around easily and explore the area without any major issues.
Even though there were a few drawbacks to our stay, such as the lack of extra towels and basic amenities like shampoo and conditioner, we were able to manage without too much inconvenience. The pillows and blankets in the room appeared worn out, which made us a bit uncomfortable, but it wasn't a dealbreaker for us.

Value for money was great! The room was clean, warm, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff treated us with kindness and professionalism, from the friendly security guide to the helpful receptionists.
Breakfast offerings could have been improved, as they did not provide the promised breakfast during our stay.

During my Christmas stay, there were a few positive aspects that stood out. the cleanliness of the facilities was impressive. The room was tidy and the bedsheets were clean and cozy. Secondly, the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, always wearing a smile and assisting me with any queries I had. Lastly, the location of the hotel was convenient, with key amenities and attractions within easy reach.
There were a couple of negative aspects that dampened my experience. the initial room I was given had a foul smell, like a burst drain or toilet.
